1. Free 30-min Consultation

We begin with a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your project needs, goals, and vision. Whether you’re looking for a new website, branding, or printed materials, this initial meeting helps us understand what you’re looking for, and allows you to ask any questions you may have. It’s an opportunity to ensure we’re a good fit for each other.

2. Invoice & MOU Agreement

After our consultation, We'll create an invoice that outlines the cost of the project, along with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU serves to:

Lay out all expenses associated with the project
Establish privacy policies to ensure your data and intellectual property are protected
Define the timeline for the project, including milestone deadlines, draft reviews, and a revision period.

This formal agreement ensures both parties are aligned on expectations and deliverables before we begin the creative process.

3. Project Kick-Off & First Draft

Once the MOU is signed and a deposit is paid, We will begin work on the first draft of your project. Whether it's a website design, logo, or marketing materials, the first draft will incorporate the concepts and ideas we discussed during our consultation.

4. Revision Period

After presenting the first draft, we enter the revision period. This is where we fine-tune the design, content, and structure based on your feedback. You'll have the opportunity to request any changes, adjustments, or improvements, and we'll work closely with you to make sure the project aligns with your vision.

5. Final Product & Remaining Payment

Once the revisions are complete and you're satisfied with the final product, we’ll proceed with the remaining 50% payment of the invoice. After full payment is received, we'll deliver the final product in the agreed format, whether it’s a live website, print-ready files, or branding assets.
